CustomShoesByUs is a custom sneaker studio operating from Hong Kong. We hand-paint authentic base shoes (such as Nike Air Force 1, Converse, Adidas Samba, and similar silhouettes) to your specifications. We are an independent studio and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, Inc. or any other footwear brand whose products may be used as a blank canvas.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Custom sneakers are made to order. After purchase, our studio may contact you to confirm design details, sizing, and reference materials. Typical production time is approximately 3–5 business days from design approval, excluding shipping transit time. Timelines may vary during peak periods or for complex commissions.

You are responsible for providing accurate design briefs and approving sketches where offered. Once painting has begun, significant design changes may not be possible and may incur additional fees.

All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region at checkout. Prices include applicable product charges; shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability of base shoes).

We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Free international shipping may apply on qualifying orders (e.g. orders over USD $250) as advertised on the Site. Promotional shipping terms are subject to change.

Because each pair is custom-made and hand-painted, all sales are final except where required by applicable consumer law or where we have made a material error (e.g. wrong size shipped, significant deviation from an approved design, or manufacturing defect in our workmanship).

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled before painting begins; once production starts, cancellation may not be possible. Contact hello@customshoesbyus.com as soon as possible.

You must not submit designs that infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights unless you own or have permission to use them. You grant us a licence to reproduce your approved design solely to fulfil your order.

Site content, branding, photography, and studio artwork are owned by CustomShoesByUs or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Hand-painted sneakers require care. We apply professional sealants, but excessive abrasion, machine washing, or harsh chemicals may damage the artwork. Care instructions are provided with your order. Our workmanship warranty covers peeling or flaking due to application defects under normal wear for a reasonable period; it does not cover normal scuffing, sole wear, or damage from misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CustomShoesByUs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
