How long does a custom pair take to make?
Five working days from sketch confirmation to finished pair, plus 5–7 days of tracked DHL shipping. Total time from brief to door is typically 10–12 days worldwide.
Where is CustomShoesByUs based?
Our studio is in Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Every pair is painted in-house by our team of six. We have shipped to 40+ countries since 2020.
Are these real Nike Air Force 1s?
Yes. Every pair starts with a brand-new, factory-sealed Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 sourced from authorised retailers. We then hand-paint it. We are not affiliated with Nike, Inc.
Will the paint crack or peel?
No. We use Angelus leather paint built up in thin coats and sealed in eight layers of finisher. Worn daily, the finish typically lasts 3–5 years. Care guide and free touch-up service included.
Can I send my own design idea?
Yes. Send a sketch, photo, Pinterest board or just a written description. We draw three options within 24 hours. You only pay once you have approved a sketch.
How much does a custom pair cost?
Custom Air Force 1 pairs start at $239 and usually range up to $389 by complexity. Shipping is free internationally.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship internationally for free and use multiple courier partners to keep delivery on time. Tracking is included from Hong Kong dispatch.
Can I return a custom pair?
Stock colorways are returnable within 30 days, unworn. Bespoke commissions where you have approved a custom sketch are non-returnable, in line with industry standard. Manufacturing defects are always covered.
