How long does a custom pair take to make?
Custom designs usually take 4-7 days from idea to concept and confirmation. Painting begins only after approval; delivery timing depends on the destination and is shown at checkout.
Where is CustomShoesByUs based?
Every pair is made in Hong Kong. We do not publish a walk-in address because production is handled through confirmed online orders and commissions.
Are these real Nike Air Force 1s?
Yes. Every pair starts with a brand-new, factory-sealed Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 sourced from authorised retailers. We then hand-paint it. We are not affiliated with Nike, Inc.
Will the paint crack or peel?
We use leather-compatible paint in thin coats and a wear-resistant matte sealer. Painted footwear still requires sensible care, and exact durability depends on wear and storage.
Can I send my own design idea?
Yes. Send a sketch, photo, mood board, or written description. We turn it into a clear concept and confirmation path before painting begins.
How much does a custom pair cost?
Pricing depends on the base shoe, size, and complexity. Finished products show their current Medusa price, and commissions receive a clear quote before production.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order and tracking is provided after dispatch from Hong Kong.
Can you produce bulk custom orders?
Yes. Bulk projects start at a minimum order quantity of 10 pairs. Timing and pricing depend on sizes, artwork complexity, and the approval schedule.
Can I return or exchange a custom pair?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a product defect. If something arrives wrong or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
